Specialty Camps

girls cooking

The City of Carlsbad offers a variety of camps filled with fun activities that are designed to nurture your child's unique interests.  These week-long camps offer a safe environment for children to develop positive relationships with peers.

Camps are facilitated by independent contract instructors with specialized education and/or training. All of our instructors have been fingerprinted and passed a criminal history background check.  Instructor to child ratios are 1:6 for children 4 and under, and 1:15 for children 5 and up.

Please visit or call any of the community centers for more information on specialty camps.
